We invite the submission of papers reporting original research, studies, advances, experiences, or work in progress in the area of recommender systems evaluation. Two submission types are accepted:
- Technical papers of up to 6 pages. Technical papers are expected to present technical, scientific, and/or applicative findings, contribute to the knowledge and understanding of problems of interest, and/or present methodological advancements.
- Position papers up to 3 pages. Position papers may discuss problems, ideas, contribute new perspectives and insights, and will be evaluated for provoking thoughts and stimulating discussion.
Each paper will be evaluated by at least two reviewers from the Programme Committee. The papers will be evaluated for their originality, contribution significance, soundness, clarity, and overall quality. The interest of contributions will be assessed in terms of technical and scientific findings, contribution to the knowledge and understanding of the problem, methodological advancements, and/or applicative value. Within a required quality standard, position papers will be evaluated for presenting new perspectives and insights, and their potential for provoking thoughts and stimulating discussion.
All submissions shall adhere to the standard ACM SIG proceedings format, same as for RecSys submissions. For your convenience, you can use the templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX that have been made available on the ACM website. The accepted papers will be published in the workshop proceedings in the CEUR Proceedings series.
The REDD Workshop does not use blind reviews, so please include authors’ names and affiliations on your submission. Submissions shall be sent as a pdf file through the online submission system.
